Thoughtfully answer the discussion board question and post your individual response of 150 and 250 Words to the forum discussion board by 
Wednesday
 of every week and respond to two peers’ postings of 75 and 150 words on two different days in order to get full credit.  Please note that if responding to a peer on the same day you submit your original post, it will count towards the two days requirements.

Discussion Topic Question:

Select two environmental or external pressures for organizational change presented in chapter three in the textbook you have experienced or seen. Explain the prevalence of a change issue with a business you are familiar with and discuss some actions you can take as a change leader to overcome these barriers.
