Personal Change Project ‘overview
The thing I would like to change about myself is to
reduce mobile dependence
. In the last recent years, I have realized that mobile phone use, mainly social media Apps, has been consuming and wasting a lot of my time. I could be using this time to do important stuff like meeting friends for a face to face talk, thorough reading for my exams, doing personal cleaning, and spending time together with my family members’, among other significant duties. I want to reduce the mobile dependence in myself to make sure that I devote much of my time to other stuff.
