Use the organization Tesla

As the leader of the organization, you have decided to introduce the concept of innovation and what that looks like within your organization. You want the employees to embrace innovation and seek it out. You will present three of the latest innovative ideas that have been used in the organization,(TESLA) and then explain how they have affected the overall organization in terms of achieving the organization’s strategy and creating a competitive advantage. The purpose of this presentation is to show people what innovation looks like in the company and to motivate them to pursue it in their own job areas within the company.

Length:  8 – 10 slides, not including title and reference slides. Must be in APA 7 FORMAT

Notes Length: 200-250 words for each slide.

References:  Include a minimum of five scholarly resources.
