There are many naturally occurring objects, structures, and plants formed by a variety of two-dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) shapes.
In your main post, share 2 pictures of 2 different items occurring in nature (not man-made objects) that you find particularly fascinating, such as mountains, trees, flowers, leaves, birds, animals, and so on. Make sure your pictures include some 2-D and 3-D shapes. Identify any 2-D or 3-D shapes in the pictures. Post both pictures in the Discussion Board, and share why you find the items fascinating.
Review the pictures posted by at least 2 of your classmates, and identify the 2-D or 3-D shapes you see in items in the pictures posted. Make sure that you come back to your thread to see what shapes your classmates have identified and give any hints for their shape scavenger hunt.
