Brainstorming Ideas – Food for Thought

 Think about a time when you adapted your style to resolve a conflict and work effectively with those
whose views challenged your own. How did you reconcile these differences?

 What does it mean to make a commitment to diversity? How have you demonstrated that
commitment? How have you applied your learning? What are your next steps?

 What is your learning style? How do you take in and process information? For example, when
starting a new project, do you prefer to see the big picture first, or would you rather work on
smaller tasks, one step at a time?

 How have you enhanced your knowledge and understanding of diversity? How do you incorporate
multicultural issues into your professional and personal development?
