Stakeholder management is more about engaging stakeholders during the life cycle of a project. Software and social media tools are perfect to unable the engaging function. Before the 21st century, project management software was mainly built for teamwork, sharing, and online data processing and storage (Alshawi & Ingirige, 2003). Along with the development of social media, conducting professional communication on social media platforms is becoming an effective and efficient way to engaging not only current stakeholders but also professional peers, team members, customers, and future stakeholders (Alshawi & Ingirige, 2003). I believe social media tools are more likely to help projects on the condition of making sure the software and posted information are professional work-related.

The Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) is the top-level plan for managing the systems engineering effort to produce a final operational system from initial requirements (Department of Transportation, 2020). As a technical plan of the system engineering process, SEMP can record details of engineering tasks to help engineers identify the tasks and perform the tasks.
