For this assignment, each group member will write up a 4-5 page report on their own section of the Task Force project. Students do not have to combine all the sections into one report, but it is expected that each section of the report should be coherent throughout the report. Use your group time in each week to discuss the tasks. Individual reports should be shared among group members to facilitate the preparation of the Task Force team presentation.

Below is the guidelines for the Task Force Report. These are guidelines to help you guide collecting information/data and your thought process on your section. Thus, it is not its intention that you exactly follow the guidelines shown below. Rather, please research and think about these questions below, and synthesize information/data you gathered in a way that make sense to you and support the topic that your group chose. Please include a reference list at the end of the paper with minimum 10 citations (this includes 6-8 references that you collected for the bibliography assignment).

Section 1. Problem Definition: What is the problem? (Defining and framing the problem) Aging out of foster care and the problem we are focusing on is homelessness and substance abuse issues
