Part 2: Personal Statement of Leadership Skills
Write a personal statement evaluating your leadership skills, style, and experience to lead the project team. The statement should address the needs you outlined in your analysis of leadership characteristics in Part 1.
Part 3: Motivational Trends, Ideas, and Practices
Describe a trend, a model, an idea, or a best practice in the motivation of employees that is promising for the CapraTek activity. Include an analysis of why it may be promising. Document any assumptions regarding the CapraTek activity that enable you to specifically analyze the appropriateness of your trend, idea, model, or best practice.
Additional Requirements
Your assessment should meet the following requirements:
- Number of resources: A minimum of two references.
- APA format: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting.
- Length: 3–4 double-spaced pages.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a framework for identifying functional areas
within CapraTek which would benefit from motivational programs.
Identification, management and support of key stakeholders.
Lead execution of motivational programs.
Resource management within department, including budgeting and
assignment and development of staff.
Oversee operations of a virtual motivational team across CapraTek
locations.
Remain up-to-date on industry best practices in employee motivation
and communication.
Define success criteria for motivational programs, and evaluate
programs for future improvement.
Communicate impact of motivational programs to senior management.
Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview and select
Motivational Program staff.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
10+ years management experience.
5+ years experience in motivational programs.
Expert knowledge of motivational theory and its implementation.
Ability to perform and present quantitative evaluation of motivational
programs.
Experience with managing across multiple locations in a large, complex
organization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
