The purpose of this assignment is to create an APA title page and reference list for a research paper to use as a guide for future course assignments.

Select a topic to research. You may use Google Scholar, the GCU Library, or other reputable websites to conduct your research.

Part 1

Use the “Reference List Template” to create the APA title page and preliminary reference list. Select 10 relevant references from within the last five years. Include at least one from each of the following types of references:

1. Book
2. Journal article without a digital object identifier (DOI) number
3. Journal article with a DOI number
4. Journal article with a permalink
5. Website
6. Dissertation or thesis

Part 2

Using your 10 references, create an APA style reference list on page 3 of the template.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
