A review of the organization’s risk management practices (identification, evaluation, management/mitigation, and monitoring).

Identify one investment/strategic decision the organization might want to make. Using a decision tree, consider the risks associated with the possible choices involved, and provide your recommendation(s) to management. For the decision tree analysis, use data from the organization or other similar organizations, and provide justifications for any assumptions made.

Your paper should meet the following structural requirements:

· The paper should be 4-5 pages in length, not including the cover sheet and reference page.

· Include the decision tree used for the analysis.

· Format the paper according to APA writing standards.

· Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles. Two of these sources may be from the class readings, textbook, or lectures, but two must be external. The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
