DBA programs teach valuable organization effectiveness, leadership, and business management. It also empowers me to put my skills to good use in a variety of job titles and industries. With the DBA program, I can become an innovative problem solver and I am capable to generate new ideas and knowledge. (Columbiasouthern, 2018) The other reason for me being in the DBA program is that I will learn the skills and techniques that are more advanced for leading and managing organizations and businesses. Also, a DBA program will open multiple career paths for me. It will also help me to have better potential for higher salaries. With the DBA program, I will be able to expand my career opportunities (Ilana Kowarski, 2020). With the DBA program, I will be able to improve my ability to analyze, write clearly, comprehend, verbally present my ideas, and think critically.

With the DBA program, I am hoping to be a good problem solver and also be able to acquire research skills. With the skill of personality development, I will be able to enhance my personality and this will allow me to meet a wide range of people from different sectors. I will be able to solve business problems accurately. I will acquire information on the latest research and theories in business. With the knowledge and skills that I will acquire through this program, I will be able to open a business and manage it properly with the skills and knowledge that I will acquire. In conclusion, DBA programs are designed to equip manager and professionals with tools and skills of research that are advanced required for decision making and strategic planning.
