1. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA) policy has posed a lot of impacts in the healthcare system. Some of these include;
Expansion of access to health insurance to approximately 30 million people and aspect that has lead to the increased number of insured patients flooding an already fragile and strained workforce resulting in longer wait times, reduced patient-doctor time, and increased costs (Becker, 2015).
2. The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) as a result of the revision of balanced budget Act of 1997 was initiated to;

A patient-centric approach provides a framework that which form the basis for partnership of healthcare system practitioners, patients and families to make decisions that are in line with patients preferences , needs and wants  (Becker, 2015).
Unlike in traditional era, todays nurses have been trained to offer a more patient centered services by educating patients about their condition among other assistive approaches.

Patient centric approaches have changed over many years currently nurses and other healthcare practitioners work collaboratively with patients to ensure that desired care is provided to meet the dynamics of healthcare needs of various patients. Patients are now able to access varied information in social media. Healthcare professional are able to interact and improve patient-physician relationship (Becker, 2015). This has further created harmonious relationships between the patient and healthcare relationship.

Change of healthcare workforce may have many implications that could lead to devastating effects.
Change of workforce may lead to disrupted career experiences among the healthcare practitioners.
Additionally such changes may lead to stress due to frequent shifting of professional from one department to another  (Van Bokkelen, Morsy, & Kobayashi, 2015) .

Fifty-one percent of healthcare workers are known to lack the advancement opportunities due to the challenge in their current or previous position. The survey also identified a key turnover issue in healthcare workers taking on additional responsibilities above their comfort level as a result of ever-changing of healthcare workforce. perhaps fewer staff members must issues means that they existing workforce has to divide a significant workload, pushing some employees to the brink of exhaustion and decreasing job satisfaction considerably (Becker, 2015). The challenge of too few staff is unsurprising issues that increases labor pressure.

Some of the relevant factors associated with demographic changes are, national origin, language, gender, age socioeconomic status, sexual orientation among many others. It has been challenging to the nurses to understand cultural diversity among deferent patients an aspect that have challenged provision of patient based care. Healthcare professionals are facing it tough to develop the right skills and cultural awareness to meet the needs of increasing cultural diversity. Aging of baby boomers alongside increasing life expectancies has resulted to the increased pressure in the healthcare system (Wong, 2020).

Online search may be helpful to patients but it may lead to wrong judgment more so when patient knowledge is below average.
One of the challenge of patient searching health information on their own is that they may not understand medical terms used.
Online information is not always be accurate and may contain errors.

Online healthcare information may be poisonous more so when consumed by emotional patients. Online information may also raise the anxiety of the patient which may worsen the symptoms instead of alleviating the condition. Perhaps one-on-one interaction between physicians and patients creates trust and understanding of treatment process where the patients care guided on how to follow instructions and report issues incase of overreaction of prescribed medication. Online information never the less may damage patient physician relationships

Among the improvement include expanded insurance cover and establishment of scheduled reimbursement of physicians and nurses who attend to Medicaid patients.

This has in spearheaded an influx of patient in the healthcare facilities sabotaging the already overwhelmed workforce (Wong, 2020). It has increased pressure in the healthcare system due to increased number of patients who seek medical attention via the use of insurance granted.
