What’s our objective?
Purpose: Our purpose in this venture is to expand the Disney+ service to those that we have not yet reached out towards yet. We expect
Mission: we would like to expand Disney further towards places that would have people that would be more likely to sit down and spend their time watching shows to instead watch through their streaming service Disney+ along with their films through the same service.

SMART Goals
Since Nuuk population is smaller than most of the Disney + expansion sites, our goal is to have at least 70% of the population subscribe to U.S. dollar prices to convert to greenlandic currency.
We hope this project in 2 years will run throughout Greenland and eventually bring profits to the company.

Timeline
We hope to start out in Nuuk next month during the holiday season that way people are more frivolous with their money and will be more inclined to try our streaming service.
We plan to go through with the process of establishing next month and well into next year in order for us to gain confidence from the people of Nuuk and are able to advertise the product as well as acquire additional funding our project
We finally hope to be completely established and working within 2 years, 2022.

Challenges we may face
Rationalizing approaching Nuuk.
Understanding the culture of Nuuk to better advertise the properties within our streaming service.
Budgeting the correct amount in order to attain subscribers without spending too much on advertising.

Anticipated Results
Gather enough profits to warrant us expanding more into the region.
Gather information through the watch histories of subscribers and anticipate what films and shows would do well within the area.
Gather enough customers to place ourselves well within the top between all of the streaming service competition.
