• Propose a strategy human resource managers should adopt in order to ensure employees know they can voice their ethical concerns up the chain of command without fear of retaliation.
• Use the Internet or Strayer Library to locate one (1) article on the current state of memberships in labor unions in the U.S. (Note: Select an article that has been published within the last three to five [3-5] years.) Next, determine whether you agree or disagree that unions add value to a health care organization. Provide support for your position.
