Decision tree for Tyrel’s case study
This assignment examines a case study of a client “Tyrel” and present assessment and treatments of the presenting symptoms. Tyrel is an 8 year-old black male who is brought in by his mother for a variety of psychiatric complaints. He is has been exhibiting a lot of worry and “nervousness” over the past 2 months and has been quite “keyed up” and spend most time worrying about “germs.” He washes his hands continuously because he beliefs he will get sick if he does not wash his hands. He has been avoiding other students at school and no longer plays with his friends across the street. His mother says that the patient is irritable at times and has also had difficulties falling asleep.
