 Sexting and sending nude photos amongst teenagers is very popular these days.  Many states can punish minors who engage in this conduct by charging them with the dissemination of child pornography.  What do you think?  Should they be charged with child pornography for sexting or sharing nude photos?  One consequence that results from this conduct is that the person arrested will probably have to register as a sex offender.
