Written Assignment #2 – What Do You Do? 

You just graduated from the Correctional Academy.  You have been assigned to an all-female unit for the first time.  You notice that at certain times of the day, females get into heated arguments about not being able to use the shower.  As you ask more questions, you find out from the offenders that some are “hooking up” in the shower and engaging in sexual activity.  

When you mention it to your supervisor, you are told, “We don’t talk to them about their relationship stuff.  If they were men, we wouldn’t allow it but we feel like it keeps the women calm.”  

So, now, what do you?
