I am the Vice President of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. I organized a Feed the Frontliners event where my E-board and I donated meals to frontline workers.

My E-board and I collaborated with local businesses interested in donating food to hospital patients and hospital staff.

2. Assistance in various bank drives for the community

Place Where Service Was Completed: Spencer Savings Bank (for Eva’s Village and Jersey Cares)

Describe the specifics of the service that was performed: I assisted with the bank’s school supply drive and hygiene drive for Eva’s Village and Jersey Cares. I assisted in the pickup, sorting, and delivery of the donated items for the nonprofits.

Spencer Savings Bank hosted a Hygiene for Humanity drive where almost 100 items were collected for the nonprofit Eva’s Village in Paterson, N.J. To comply with social distancing rules and everyone’s safety, the drive was hosted virtually through an Amazon Wish List. Employees selected items off the list and shipped them directly to Eva’s Village. A variety of items were purchased: toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, body soap, razors and more.
