She was diagnosed 5 months ago and still has not been able to control her pain to a desirable level. Current medications include a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor for depression, a benzodiazepine for muscle spasm, and an analgesic for pain.  Ms. Thomas has been seen twice since for pain control.
