This article highlights the importance of a healthy meal for children at different times of the day. It is pointed out that children should be encouraged to eat healthy at all times. According to the article breakfast is the most important meal of the day for both children and adults alike. The article also points out that parents should also try offering the child some type of fruit or vegetable at every meal. Furthermore, the article suggests that Instead of including bagged chips, parents should make snack mix using cereals, tiny pretzels, raisins, graham crackers or animal crackers and avoid packaged snack cakes, gummie bears, cookies and such food products.

LIST THREE IMPORTANT FACTS THAT THE AUTHOR USES TO SUPPORT THE MAIN IDEA:

· Skipping breakfast will lead to overeating at night.
