You will write two letters:

• The first letter will be an offer letter to your selected candidate for the position of Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion.  This is a new position that you created in light of what has been happening in the world, and you want this position to have great impact in your company.  Make sure the letter describes everything this candidate needs to know and what next steps he/she needs to take.  The candidate is Karl Ridges, 1313 Mockingbird Lane, Munsterville, IL 69001
• The second letter is rejecting an offer from a company that wanted to provide a product/service to your organization.  You held a nationwide bidding process to identify a new vendor for a product/service you need at your company.  You made your selection and this company was not your selection.  The company is The Business Brothers, 23 Spooner Street, Simpsonland, OH 99999 – your contact was Angelica Otser
