-Cover letter does not start with a proper salutation.
– Cover letter should close with a signature, here he closes with just his name; he should close with his name and business information.
– The document does not follow a professional format.
– The resume should contain a headline with the applicant’s name.
– The competency section should be arranged properly in bullet points in a concise manner.
– The work experience section should be arranged in a chronological manner i.e. the latest work experience should be added first in the work experience section.
– At the end of the resume, there should be interest areas and any hobbies to be added
– Competencies should be expressed in greater detail.
– Typing speed should be shared under competencies, especially since the occupant has a profession in Accounting.
– Manager/ Supervisors contact information should be listed under the occupant’s position in “Work
Experience
“.
– Should have provided more information regarding his educational achievements.
