Topic: Companies Affected by the new U.S. Trade Policy

Assignment Instruction: 

1)  Choose a company that is affected by the new U.S. trade policy. Find an article from newspapers or magazines on this current-event (2019-2020). Example: The new tariff on Chinese Imports, with resulting retaliation tariff on American exports from China, etc.

2) Apply the S&D model you learned in class. Draw the S&D graph, and show the dynamics and the economic impact.

3) Present your case study to the class (2~3 minutes) on a power-point presentation. Use approximately 5 slides. You may use screen share on zoom if you pre-record your presentation on a video.
