Provide a 3-4 page APA written paper describing five high level goals that you set for yourself this semester using the SMART method. Focus on professional and academic goals for this assignment. For each goal, provide an explanation of how the goal fits each of the SMART characteristics: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely. The first paragraph (introduction) of your paper should be an overview of SMART goals and why this method is important (include at least two references to primary, scholarly information on SMART goals from the library – no websites). At least five goals must be presented in your paper with a minimum of 100-words per goal.
