A brief is a description of expectations and information that directly outlines an activity and should have interests of the presentation (Kirk, 2016). The reason that a brief should be created is because the attention of the listeners is in the presentation of the data and not in the data itself. The concepts and the explanations derived from the data have more insightful to the audience. In addition to attract the attention and the interest of the audience a good introductory background to the topic hooks the audience to want more depth information (Kirk, 2016). A brief aligns the information available for the presentation in order to direct the attention of the listeners to the most important aspects of the presentation

 

           An effective brief has a minimum of the required details in order for it to have impact to the audience (Kirk, 2016). A brief should contain the objectives that the project seeks to accomplish, the amount of money that is needed for the successful completion of the tasks, the audience that the product produced is aimed at, the scope that the project will cover, the materials that the project needs for it to be successful, how the final product will look like and what not to do, say of use the product for.

            A design brief has several advantages. It provides an insight to the project team on the activities that need to be performed. It also provides the expectations that the sponsor of the project has so that the team can work towards that direction (Kirk, 2016). In addition, it guides the time that is required for the completion of the project and keeps the design tam members motivated. In addition, it gives the participants a platform for interaction for the better achievements of the project goals. However, if there is no proper analysis for the project goals, the goals will not be achieved (Kirk, 2016). In addition, the brief might be mistaken for the manuscript by customer. Moreover, the goals of the project can be misunderstood causing conflict among the team.

Creating a powerful Presentation is genuinely critical, and the system of the presentation slide performs the first-rate component in consumer know-how and interest. Especially displays that contain data as data may be very variable and because of this, the record keeps on changing (kirk, 2019). So, on the way to construct a record’s presentation, displays have to consist of all of the information like history, modern-day traits, and destiny increase in line with the product. 

Some powerful, quick approaches are to examine the customer like what he/she likes maximum to listen to numbers, chart—making slides in line with customer analyses. The presentation always has to appear interactive and use a particular matchup of color and font. Always display a futuristic technique in presentation and display the subject’s evaluation related to the presentation.

 

Factors which will assist towards powerful presentation:

 

• Analyze the customer/target market

• Define the goal of the presentation clearly

• Prepare the presentation slide in line with the given goal.

• Provide all the relativistic information and figure

• Use precise colors scheme for presentation

• Always use emphatic font fashion and size

• Do not use all textual content withinside the presentation slide

• Use charts and histograms for higher know-how.

• Interpret the destiny result for this visit the expert

• Provide an answer withinside the end

• Prepare perfect Conclusion.

 

Advantages:

• All the customer/target market might be interested in the presentation.

• A higher know-how of records for the customer

• It will assist the presenter in supplying the information efficiently

 

Disadvantages:

• Some customers like presentation with loads of written textual content. So, via way of means of putting extra photos withinside the slide may also damage on this.

• Font size, font fashion has to be efficiently used for textual content.

• More boldness of phrases can disinterest the customer, and it is far extra offensive.
