Arbitration is an important aspect of both a unionized and a non-unionized environment.  Arbitrators are highly trained professionals who serve in a quasi-judicial role in labor disputes.  For assignment 3 please be sure to do the following:Read Chapter 12 entitled The Arbitration Process thoroughly and the description of arbitration decisions on page 38 in Chapter 1 under “You Be the Arbitrator Instructions.”Read the case at the end of the chapter entitled, “You Be the Arbitrator” on page 463-464.
