The main aim of the company is to develop there company globally and earn profits. But there are many companies which are giving huge competition to expand their business globally. Porter has designed some set of principles to compete with companies they are Threat of new entrants it means the company should encourage more and more new entities into the organization. By this principle profits can be increased by decreasing the product of the printing firm it increases the share in the global market. By decreasing production cost people may attract to visit the company which makes share and gain profit. This strategy is known as cost leadership strategy. Another strategy is Differentiation it is known the development of unique type of products. The unique and different products attract many customers towards the company’s products (Kalish, Hartzog & Cassidy, 1978). Developing unique type of firm printing makes the company to grab the attention of the customers. Comparison with other companies the design concept should be unique which increases sales and makes to be top in the market. All these strategies brings more profits to the company, it is:
Cost focus: the company needs to study the market and the consumer requirements, then they can decide the cost price of the product and have a reasonable number of sales of the product in the market.
