Our budget reductions are made based on our mission rather than making cuts across the board. We decided to do an analysis to find out the best budget possible that will balance within the expected revenue.

From our analysis, these are the seven proposed cuts in order for the budget to balance with the expected revenue. We chose these line items because they are consider variable expenses.
