Guidelines:
· Study carefully the definition given for each category.
· Distribute the points for each category amongst the five factors that are given as much as you can.
· If a factor has not been observed during the rating period, enter NA for not applicable. In the comments section, explain why this factor has not been observed.
· Comments should be used to support your ratings where applicable.
· You cannot evaluate or give points to yourself.
· You cannot discuss your evaluation with your teammates. It should be treated as a confidential exercise.
· Submit your complete evaluation in the Assignments tool. I will not accept email submissions.
