Based on the readings above, and any additional readings you choose, submit a 500-word report on your personal plan of action to be a better listener. Your report should make clear use of the readings and address the following questions:

What do you consider your areas of strength as a listener? Explain.
2. What do you consider your areas of improvement in order to become a better listener? Explain.
