Good afternoon everyone! In this presentation, I will be covering the following agenda items. First, I will provide you will the mission statement of PetVets Company. Second, I will explain why the HR function at PetVets Company is important to employee management and labor relations. Third, I will discuss a strategy that HR administrators at PetVets can use to manage conflict in the workplace. Fourth, I provide strategy (plan) HR administrators can use to improve communication at the PetVets Company. Fifth, I will discuss another leadership strategy that will help HR leaders improve employee motivation. Sixth, I will discuss a leadership strategy that will HR leaders can use to improve employee behavior. Lastly, I discuss a plan that I will use to measure the effectiveness of all four leadership strategy areas.
