Investigating the Problem using Evidence

Create a chart that displays the evidence collected to show that there is a problem within the organization based on the problem that you discussed in the Week 2 assignment.

The chart could include quantitative (numeric) evidence or qualitative (text-based) evidence. This could be evidence that the organization collected or evidence that was collected by the stakeholder groups. It should be a comprehensive chart of the evidence that led the organization to conclude that a problem existed and needed to be resolved. Explain each piece of evidence in terms of where the evidence came from, whether the source was a reliable source if it is quantitative or qualitative evidence, etc.

Your document should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
