Hometown Deli is still using manual system for record keeping and recording transactions. So, it is difficult for managers to track inventory, know the exact requirement of material, amount due with customers etc.  Also, retrieval of data is difficult in manual system.

Hometown Del has identified “Purchase processing” for improvement. Company feels that improvement in purchasing process will help Hometown Deli’s business.
