When I was in my undergraduate school, I did a supply chain research project with my teammates for my operation class. I think our team did a great job on that project. It was a well-planed and executed project. First, based on the final deadline, in our initial meeting, we break down our project into 6 parts and set deadline for each small part. 6 of each us would response for one part. Since the project was proposed by one of our team member and she was very familiar with the project, she is the main project manager. She set up our group meeting by the deadline and also set up the small meeting with individual of us to report the progress. In the group meeting, we would share the progress what we made in our small part. In additional, we have our group chat, if anyone need help or information, we can message in the group. We also create the google doc to share files. The project manager would integrate all files and send the updated file lists to us each week. In the end, we satisfied the professor by our project.
I want to take my hometown’s train station as an example for a failed project. The train station was build 15 years ago. It takes a long time to build it and it was away beyond the budget. Besides, it did not have elevator. The reason that the train station failed I think it was because the project manager did wrong on estimate the cost, so the timeline was longer than they expect. In the end, they even cannot build the elevator system for the train station.
there are some elements to success in a project. First, the project manager should break down the project into small parts and has a clear deadline for each parts. Second, communication is very important in the project management.

Customers think of many different options while buying a product or a service. For example, social influences play a major role in the decision-making process of customers to buy products. Referrals are an excellent example of social influences that affect a customer’s buying process. For example, People will get easily influenced by someone if a person using a product and he liked it, he can influence a person to use that product or service.
An organization does not just buy some products without considering various factors. There are various behavioral influences on organizational buying. First, the ability of a company’s owner to adjust according to the changes in the industry impacts his or her ability to buy. The ability of such a company owner to buy depends on how good he or she listens to what his employees say or even other people from outside the company.
The organizational buying behavior is influenced with following factors like the organizational factors, interpersonal factors and individual consumer characteristics factors. The organizational factors like organizational policies, procedures, standards and organizational system will influence on organizational buying behavior. Interpersonal factors examples are authority and status will influence on organizational behavior. Finally, the consumer characteristics like based age, based gender, based on job and based on education the consumers will change the buying decision. The consumer behavior is depending on his characteristics. Consumers and organization connection are marketing and publicity of the product. If organization product has more publicity consumers interested to buy the organizational product.
