Discussion 2 

You have been assigned as the project manager of a critical project for your firm. Your firm has been hired by a large federal agency to develop an application that is accessible by Apple and Android-based tablets that provides near real-time updates regarding the status of the agency to reduce crime in three high-profile metro areas. Since this project is so critical, you have been asked to complete this project in 90 days. You are very familiar with developing traditional project charters/statements of work. Since you will be using an Agile approach for your application, you know you need to have a different charter. Identify and discuss a key challenge for you in moving away from a waterfall-like project charter to one that is Agile-like. Justify your response.
