Customer requirements and project resources
Every project team has the same mission as an organization: to meet the needs of their customer within organizational constraints, whether those customers are internal or external. Gathering project requirements are essential in determining project needs and assessing the appropriate project resources related to time, scheduling, and cost. Utilizing project management textbooks or other outside sources, identify the critical success factors in project management for identifying customer requirements and transferring those requirements into an understanding of what resources will be required for the project. You must be sure to list what needs to be considered when assessing customer requirements, and why it is important for the project manager to have a clear definition of what the customer views as project success. Use at least one peer-reviewed source beyond the text, course content, and course readings to support your position.
