What was the focus of the course work this week?
The main focus of the current week is completely focused on IT-related project design and worked on the project template and learned some key objectives of the project proposal template. Also, I’ve learned how the system analysis role can be more important in the project. I‘ve Learned some informative strategies on preparing the project template documentation including designing the project template and analyzing the risk in the project and the main focus that I’ve observed in the week one is once I have decided to implement the project I must have the idea of what are the strategies that I’m going to approach and what are the risks and what is the main goal of this project that I’m working. These things I’ve learned.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on how the system analytics roles and responsibilities are effected in the organization and project team roles and responsibilities in the discussion forum, and in the assignment, we have the project proposal template design.
How does it relate to your work?
These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually the system roles and responsibilities are we are directly implementing in our current project and the project proposal documentation is I haven’t implemented in our current project but it is very useful content that I have learned this week. Also, in the project designing system that I have included in the table of content, which includes methodologies, risk analysis, quality control, and what are the strategies that I’m approaching all these strategies are currently I’m implementing in our organization. Also, the concept of project team roles is exactly reflected in my current project.

What was the focus of the course work this week?
The main focus of the current week is completely focused on creating the system requirement document for the project and also creating the business requirement document that includes creating functional and nonfunctional requirement documents. Also, I’ve learned how the system analysis use cases exactly reflect in the real-time project scenarios and SDLC analysis role important in the real-time.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on how the system analysis use cases and SDLC analysis phase importance. Also, System requirement document implementation and business requirement document implementation. These are the concepts that I have learned this week.
How does it relate to your work?
These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually the System analysis use cases and SDLC life cycle analysis phase are we are currently implementing and using in our current project and the System requirement document is currently we are using as (blueprint)in our organization. The business requirement document and SRD’s are we are using the blueprint tool in our company. Also, the concept of functional and nonfunctional requirement documents are very informative concepts and I’m currently implementing those.

What was the focus of the course work this week?
The main focus of the current week is completely focused on creating and develop the context diagram for the project. Also, creating the system design specification document. I’ve learned on how the ERD’s will help in the real-time project scenarios and how the logical process model and physical process model will help in real-time.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on how the ERD’s rules in the business process and Logical and Physical process models important in the real-time business or a project. Also, System design document implementation and importance and uses of creating the context diagrams. These are the concepts that I have learned this week.
How does it relate to your work?
These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually the System design document implementation document we are currently implementing and using in our current project. That includes system architecture model and User interactions and Data design concepts I mean all the concepts are I’m applying to our project directly or indirectly. And importantly the context diagram is very useful in the project planning phases in order to understand easily about the project in a graphical representation.

What was the focus of the course work this week?
The current week of the work is completely different and I have worked on some new concepts which is absolutely useful in real-time. I‘ve worked on the system architecture concepts which are 2-Tier,3-Tier, and N-Tire system architecture and SDLC design model concept. The main important concept that I have focused on the decision matrix diagram case system.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on Client-server architecture which includes 2-Tier,3-Tier, and N-Tier architecture implementation and SDLC design phase activities in the real-time project. On the other hand the important concept of the decision matrix diagram for case system implementation and how this important in the business.
How does it relate to your work?
These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually, I have worked on the alternative matrix diagram for the case system. This is a very informative concept that I’ve not seen this kind of matrix diagram or document in my project but this is really very useful. On the other side, the client-server architecture is already reflected in our organization in securely. Also, I’ve been using all of SDLC concepts including the design phase in real-time.

So, the topics are we have a discussion on Content awareness and UX design principals and Created form template for my designing project which is useful in the real-time project. In order to create the form template which is really useful in real-time

These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually, I have created a form template that is useful in real-time. This is a very informative concept that the user clearly understands the credit loan page. On the other side, content awareness and UX design principals are really important in real-time.

The current week of the work is that I have worked on some new concepts which are absolutely useful in real-time. The current week I’ve worked on Blockchain technology and how this technology is currently important in the present situation on the other side I’m working on the recorded presentation of my project.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on Blockchain technology and how this technology will solve the problems and what are the pros and cons of using this blockchain technology. I’m also working on the project presentation.
How does it relate to your work?
The blockchain technology is one of the leading technologies. I’m not exactly aware of how this technology will be used in the real-time project but I would say that in the coming years this will be the leading IT industry. Also, there will be lots of opportunities will be there. On the other side, I’m working on the presentation of my project.

What was the focus of the course work this week?
The current week that I have completely worked on the Failed project discussion which is a really interesting topic. This is where the business focus on the process that they need to implement. On the other side, This week’s assignments are quite different from other weeks. Where I’ve worked on the PowerPoint presentation and recorded presentation.
What were the topics?
So, the topics are we have a discussion on the failed projects in technology. Which is a new concept in the current week’s discussion? Also, we have a topic of paper presentation and recorded presentation for the final project that I have selected. I’ve really worked hard in order to create a presentation.
How does it relate to your work?
These concepts are very useful in real-time. According to the current week assignment that I’ve worked on the PowerPoint presentation previously in our organization. This is really important and useful for the other teams to understand the concept easily. And the recorded presentation is quite new for me but it is a good concept to apply in real-time.
