Part a: What remedies exist for the breach of a contract and under what circumstances would a claimant seek to make use of these different solutions?
Part b, problem question: Whilst drunk Tom won an auction unintentionally. The auctioneer knew that Tom was drunk. Is Tom expected to pay for the item that he won in the auction? Justify your answer.
