   Project plans outline the intended course of events; however, things don’t always happen as intended. Organizations need to consider risks and develop a contingency plan. This plan is typically presented to management.

   Based on your prior research, determine potential risk factors for not meeting each of the project objectives. Develop a contingency plan for each of the potential risks. Add the potential risks and contingency plan to your Wk 4 – Apply: Project Plan assignment.

   Create a 12- to 14-slide presentation with detailed speaker notes and visuals on every slide in which you:

   Identify the organization’s information presented in Wk 1.
   Synthesize the SWOT analysis and market trend research.

We have set our goals after conducting research, SWOT study, and feedback on Tesla. Our new goal has been set to become more technologically advanced. Our objectives are to use technology to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Here’s a project plan to get us started in that direction (Herstatt & Von Hippel, 1992).

Project objectives

Create new apps with the most up-to-date technologies for the best results.

There was a misunderstanding about branding and various styles, resulting in a dispute about which to start with.	To avoid misunderstandings and a lack of coordination, all final decisions are run through Johnathan SVP.

We hope that Tesla has taken the first steps toward being more technologically innovative and has done so effectively over the next two years. These are just the first steps in assisting Tesla in fulfilling its mission statement, which is to “entertain, educate, and inspire people around the world through the power of unparalleled storytelling, representing the iconic brands, creative minds, and emerging innovations that make ours the world’s premier entertainment business.” It will be among the companies in the world that will be leading when it comes to entrainment and be able to add an impact (Cooper & Edgett, 2010).
