According to the article, recommendations given can help significantly reduce the diversity gap.

The author Bebbington is an expert in gender and science, qualitative interview research methodology, and thus capable of conducting and composing a credible report. The author also has many other published reports and is thus an expert in this field and working as director of knowledge perspectives LTD. The report was also published with the help of another group member, and thus it was peer-reviewed before the final conclusion
