A Century of Isms

Take note of the different ways the modernists you encounter while reading this week’s assigned reading in the introduction of your text broke away from conventions in movements like futurism, Dadaism, surrealism, etc. Discuss how the modernists changed the content of literature (i.e. form, subjects, etc.) with their new way of writing. Write 2-3 paragraphs explaining the changes that ensued in world literature due to the modernist movement.Submit your completed assignment to the drop box below.
