Need Assessment
When it comes to NA there are many different approaches. This example from the course is just one aspect of how conduct and make use of the NA. We can focus groups, individual employee interviews, general employee surveys, exit interviews, etc. There are many methods that help us understand the need for training and or for development. Also, respond to this NA questions by talking about various methods that help us get a grip on where the training and or development needs to be focused.
Review the sample tasks and task ratings for the electronic technician’s job shown below. What tasks do you believe should be emphasized in the training program? Why?

Explanation of ratings:
Frequency: 1 = very infrequently to 5 = very frequently
Importance: 1 = very important to 5 = very unimportant
