When defining the scope for these two roles, the first is analyzing the location. According to statisticatlas, 38% of the working population in LA are college educated, which is significantly higher than the national average. This makes qualified chemists most likely to be in excess. For the chemist and data entry roles, good recruiting and effective compensation plans should attract qualified applicants. Because the chemist role is more specific, and data entry clerks can move around throughout that industry, the turnover will be lower for the chemists. The qualifications for a data entry clerk is truly just computer skills, but also a high school education.
